Christmas Sponsor Form
​All items must be dropped off by December 3rd
Typical donation includes: a minimum of a $50 mastercard or visa gift card for a holiday meal, to be hand delivered at gift drop off times, and a minimum of 5 wish list items per child, $100 or less on any one item, remaining items under $100​. Optional items: 1 wish list per parent and household items. Please place all presents in a box or tote, and clearly label it with assigned family number.
