Holiday Elf Form

We could not support the almost 200 families throughout mid-Michigan area without you.  Please complete the following form so we can use your time and resources respectfully.

Elves, please be available to pick up gifts on Friday 12/15 between 5-8pm at the barn.  Elves also need to be able to commit that all gifts will be delivered on 12/16 between 9am-6pm.
